This is a system of basic principles that I use as a daily guide.

These principles are designed to re-enforce habits that allow me to be the best version of myself.  

  1. Sleep; at least 7 hours a day.
  2. Inspiration; find something bigger than yourself that inspires and motivates you.
  3. Meditate at least 20 minutes daily.
  4. Destiny; forecast your ideal future on a destiny card and work at it incrementally, everyday.
  5. Simplify your life in everyway possible and embrace minimalism.
  6. Exercise at least 20 minutes daily.
  7. Gratitude; maintain a grateful state of mind. (re-enforced by the G29 tool).
  8. Diet; Eat organic, whole foods as often as possible and in general make an effort to eat less. 
  9. Zero Debt; eliminate all debts and liabilities, be frugal and invest. 
  10. Pray daily.

The Great You
I believe that every individual can reach their full potential and that we are constantly changing, adapting and growing either for the better or worse.  Believe in your genius, design your life, create yourself and be the great you.

Sleep
Sleep is so fundamental to a healthy and productive life that I make a direct effort to ensure that I receive adequate quality rest everyday. 

Inspiration
The energy you can draw upon when you are inspired is truly incredible.  Find something that you love, that keeps you up at night and makes you wake up first thing in the morning.  Once you find that thing which inspires you incorporate it into your life.

Meditate
Regular meditation has changed my life.  The compounding effect of setting aside 20 minutes a day to clear your mind, follow your breath and simply be present enables you to enter a heightened state of consciousness that becomes a part of your life.

Destiny
I believe that you are continually shaping your reality and that life is not pre-determined.  Your destiny should be something that you are consciously working towards daily.  I have practiced writing what my ideal destiny would be on a destiny card that carry with me, read and work at daily.  It works, try it.

Simplify
We live in an era of massive abundance, distraction and consumption.  This provides great opportunity but it also provides limitless over commitment and if not careful one can drown in options. Therefore there is great wisdom in truly reflecting on what you want in life and then setting limits and parameters that help you advance on that path and limit the distractions.

Exercise
In order to maintain your ability to perform at a high level you will need health, energy, low stress levels, stamina and a strong will.  All of these functions are supported by a regular and low impact work out.  I have noticed that a brisk 20 minute walk on (1 mile) the treadmill and 15 - 20 minute low weight high repetition work out on the weight machines (7 machines total) is all I need to enjoy all the benefits mentioned above.

Gratitude
I work every day to be grateful for all of the countless blessing I have.  I find that when I make an effort to view the world from this lens, I'm happier, more productive and have a better experience.

Diet
I follow a diet of being a whole food, organic, vegan.  It has been found that animal protein is the primary cause of many modern diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer.  I therefore eat vegan in order to optimize my health and have less of a negative impact on the Earth.  I also practice a discipline of being straight edge and sugar free.  Aside from those rather strict guidelines, I truly enjoy food.

Zero Debt
Zero Debt, eliminate all debts and liabilities, be frugal and invest (religiously) in a Vanguard S&P 500 Index Fund. 

Pray
Prayer is a wonderful tool to connect with the higher energy and higher potential realities and versions of yourself. I use it regularly to express my gratitude and to request help and guidance in making decisions, getting through challenges and envisioning the future I want to create.
